The Emergency Room
EXT. STREETS - NIGHT
Tomscott is walking down the street with a demure look about him.
A carload of girls drive by in a jeep attempting to get his attention. They are hollering, honking, and one girl shows her bra.
GIRLS
Ow. Ow. Ow.
But he doesn't even look at them.
Further down the street, he comes to a stop light, when a car with its windows down and several men inside stops beside him. They are listening to "Ace of Base" really loud, but even that doesn't get him to look over.
He arrives at the hospital's emergency entrance, and he walks in.
INT. HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM
Tomscott walks past the seating area where he sees a mother reading a girly magazine, while her eight-year-old, bleeding child, sits in the chair next to hers holding a bloody rag to his own forehead.
Tomscott walks to the reception counter where there's a female receptionist that doesn't react to him and a sign that says, "Please Fill Out A Form"
After taking a form, Tomscott finds a seat and begins filling out the

Wine Party
INT. DUDE'S HOUSE -NIGHT
Two men, Alan and Tomscott, are edging their way through a crowded party, they are wearing casual dress clothes and holding glasses of wine.
TOMSCOTT
Come on. I don't want her to see me.
ALAN
What are you so worried about? You guys have been broken up for months, who cares if she sees you.
TOMSCOTT
I can't believe she would come here, Dan is totally my acquaintance.
ALAN
I thought you said this was Bob's party.
TOMSCOTT
The point is, she only knows him through my friends.
They continue through the crowd. Tomscott looks back to make sure that his ex isn't behind him, and he bumps into a man named Grant.
TOMSCOTT (CONT'D)
Sorry.
They keep walking, and the man that Tomscott bumped into recognizes him and tries to get his attention.
GRANT
Tomscott? Tomscott Thomas?!
Tomscott hesitantly turns around.
TOMSCOTT
Hey, Grant. It's been a long time, hasn't it. I almost didn't recognize you.
GRANT
How have you been?
TOMSCOTT
What can I say? You know, I'm in a hurry, we wer

A Theory of Chaos
INT. CAR- NIGHT
Driving home, there is a woman in the passenger seat of the car, and a man driving.
FEMALE
You always do that.
MALE
Do what?
FEMALE
Every time we go to a party, you suck the life out of it. Nobody can have any fun when you're around... you get so serious.
MALE
That's not true. I had lots of fun...
FEMALE
You were talking about dying... at a party.
MALE
I couldn't help it, I already told you it's the day of the dead.
FEMALE
It was their engagement party!
MALE
Even more appropriate.
FEMALE
I asked you... I begged you to just be normal tonight...
MALE
So now it's my fault we're all going to die?
FEMALE
No, but that doesn't mean you need to tell her eighty-year-old grandmother that she was the closest of all.
MALE
I thought I could get her on my side.
FEMALE
I can't stand this anymore. You can't ever admit when you're wrong.
MALE
It's not that I can't admit I'm wrong, I just prefer doing it when you're right.
FEMALE

The Man in the Box
Roland's Dream
I had a dream of a stone prison…
I didn't know where I was, because I could see the world outside myself. There was a transport that traveled an endless desert. It rolled across the golden sand with its deep iron tread. It lifted the sand and dropped it back onto itself like a water wheel. It would move as long as there was sand in the desert. I tried to point my focus to the burning sky, but no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't comprehend its dimensions. There was a pilot steering the craft in a straight line. I couldn't be sure if the pilot was also the architect of the craft. All I know is that the pilot appeared the same as the distorted sky, and I couldn't tell if it was a he or a she. I couldn't even see if it was a human being, but my imagination told me that that was the only thing that it could be.
The transport carried two heavy stone slabs, moored to the back with gilded chains. The stones were

Glass Dreams
I had a dream that I went to my ex-girlfriends apartment. She had rearranged the place drastically since the last time I had been there.
She didn't seem upset when I got there. We were talking in a wooden room that I had never been in before. After a while a new crowd showed up--- mostly people in their late thirties that were trying to look young.
She left the room and was trying to be a good hostess. She was trying so hard to blend in with them, and she was ignoring me. Pretending I wasn't there.
Her apartment turned into a mansion, and even more people showed up. She was in the kitchen frantically trying to prepare dishes for them.
No one was interested in talking to me. I didn't fit in, my only connection was her. I waited near the door, hoping that I could say good-bye before I left.
She was still pretending to ignore me, but when she could tell no one was looking she finally signaled me to come over to her.
She said to me, "What are you doing here?"
"I just wanted to say good bye

The Organism From Unreality
The universe is a device of uncertainty. Time passes strangely within its borders, as in places where matter doesn't apply. The only thing in the universe that is faster than light is dark. We know this because the dark heralds the light. The universe expands at a pace that exceeds light speed; it is the pace of darkness.
Matter doesn't come from nowhere, it comes from a place that isn't. It could only go by the title of unreality. This is where the universe draws its material. The universe seeps into unreality, at a destination immeasurable using time or space.
An organism comprised not of atoms, but of anti-matter in a somewhere that has no life or death sits in waiting. Waiting to be absorbed and merged with a universe. Outside of the laws of the universe the organism moves at random through unreality, wherever it wishes to be, it is. Here is not farther than there, they both exist simultaneously in an abyss that has no beginning or bottom.
As the outside, the laws that bind the uni

The Legend
Before the moon was set in orbit around the Earth. A race existed, born of Mother Earth, her original sons and daughters. The race was called the Gaian's. There were ten of them in all. Created for the sole purpose of shepherding the dawn of life. The blood of the Gaian's was the very essence of life itself. And they were given sharp knifes by Mother Earth, and told to shed their blood over the land. When their task was complete they would return to the Earth to slumber until the end of time.
The Eldest of the Gaian's didn't think the arrangement with Mother Earth was fair and so he asked his mother, "Why do you give us life, if only to put us to sleep for eternity?"
"Without the slumber, I have given you nothing." His mother replied.
But he still didn't understand.
So he turned to his brothers and sisters and said, "Why should we give our blood to the world when it offers us nothing in return?"
They didn't share his point of view, but they could do nothing to change it. Nothing they s
