EXT. STREETS - NIGHT
Tomscott is walking down the street with a demure look about him.
A carload of girls drive by in a jeep attempting to get his attention. They are hollering, honking, and one girl shows her bra.
Ow. Ow. Ow.
But he doesn't even look at them.
Further down the street, he comes to a stop light, when a car with its windows down and several men inside stops beside him. They are listening to "Ace of Base" really loud, but even that doesn't get him to look over.
He arrives at the hospital's emergency entrance, and he walks in.
INT. HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM
Tomscott walks past the seating area where he sees a mother reading a girly magazine, while her eight-year-old, bleeding child, sits in the chair next to hers holding a bloody rag to his own forehead.
Tomscott walks to the reception counter where there's a female receptionist that doesn't react to him and a sign that says, "Please Fill Out A Form"
